Keeping the Dream Alive
How kids can celebrate King Holiday
In honor of the gifts Dr. King gave our nation, Columbia4kids.com encourages parents to help children celebrate his vision of hope and sense of humanity. Let the kids party with a purpose at the MLK Dance Concert on Jan. 20 at 7:30pm. The dance will be held at Patriot Hall 135 Haynsworth St., Sumter. Admission is $5. Age 10 and younger FREE. Sing Out! is a concert celebration of King holiday at St. Paul Baptist Church, Lexington on Jan. 19 at 4pm. The concert will feature the Lexington Community Mass Choir and the Lee Central High School Choir.
