Ballantine Park is a is a 20.5-acre facility. Although currently under construction, the play area, ball fields, and walking track are currently still intact. There is a lot of construction in the park but if you just want to take the kids out to run around or swing, you can still go to Ballantine Park. This may change soon as the construction continues.

Its amenities include a recreation building (now under construction); a lighted baseball field; lighted softball field; football/soccer field; outdoor basketball court; playground; paved walking trail and a picnic shelter. Currently there are no available restrooms. The playground equipment is older and mostly metal but in relatively good shape.

To get there, from Columbia I-26 take the Ballantine/White Rock Exit 101. Turn left and drive for about 4 miles. The road will fork- take the Dutch Fork split to the left. When you reach Ballantine, take a left on Bickley Rd. The park will be on your left.
