Citadel Park is charming small neighborhood park. You may be surprised to find it is only a block off of Trenholm Rd. This park is maintained by the City of Forest Acres and although it is not big, it has plenty to keep kids entertained.

The park has a playground, picnic tables and shelter, a gazebo and a volleyball pit. There is no offstreet parking, lighting, or restrooms.

There is plenty of play equipment, including swings, "log" type climbing structures, and dinosaur bouncys. The park is well-shaded throughout but you may want to be careful of some of the play equipment overheating as most of it is metal.

To get there, take Forest Dr. to Trenholm Rd. Go south on Trenholm Rd and take the seconf left, which will be Converse St. The park is one block up at the intersection of Converse St. and Citadel Ave.
